Billy Blank Bootcamp DVD Review

If you're looking for ways to make exercise more fun, the Billy Blank Bootcamp DVD will knock your socks off!

After all, Billy Blanks is a World fitness leader and seven-time international martial arts champion and he created the original Tae Bo over 20 years ago.

If you are looking for a quick, fun, amazingly effective workout, look no further than kick boxing. When it comes to my all-time favorite workout, it has to be kick boxing.

But before I get into this review, I have a confession to make.

To be honest, I'm not really all that interested in these types of programs.

I was never interested in synchronized dancing or anything similar and used to make fun of my mom who I'd see following along with tapes like "buns of steel".

However, I'd always heard good things about Billy Blanks so I figured I would give it a try.

Plus, kick boxing is one of my favorite ways to exercise so I figured it would be a pretty good time.

So I ordered the Billy Blank Bootcamp Workout Program and popped it in my DVD player.

Right off the bat, I was impressed. Instead of just going along with the motions, Billy is very enthusiastic and helps you through it.

He gives you tips and advice as to how to get the best out of the program, and directs you on what you should do if you can't follow along.

So I kept going, trying to keep up with his fast paced exercise. Although I have to admit, the first time was kind of funny because I had no idea what I was doing!

However, by the end of the DVD I was drenched in sweat and thought to myself "wow I have to write about this on my website, that was definitely fun!"

What I liked about the Billy Blank Bootcamp DVD was that it seems as though he truly cares about you.

He was born with very bad health and battled his way to become one of the top fitness experts, and you can tell that he's extremely grateful for it.

It's also great because, of course, it's fun!

I probably won't do it very often because to be honest with you, I'm not into that type of stuff like I mentioned earlier.

However, if you like exercising to DVD's that carry you through the workout, I would highly recommend the Billy Bootcamp DvD.

Kick boxing is an absolutely fantastic way to exercise, and Billy Blanks makes it even more satisfying through his charisma and abundance of enthusiasm.
