I lost 5 pounds in 3 days

well im 13 but im a bit over weight so sense last Thursday i decided to skip a rope sense is really fun (WELL for me) and i've been eating healthy for the last week.

I skiped a rope for 40 minutes everyday but sense its a bit intense what i do is Do it 4 times a day is way easier but you 10 minutes every time you have nothing to do and think well im going to have a snack and go to the fridge just tell yourself STOP then just to not be bored because really we don't really need that snack is just our body when we bored ,it makes you want food but don't just skip a rope for 10 mins and if you can do more then 40 minutes a day well that's brilliant indeed so well good luck
