Leg Pull Warmups

To avoid leg cramps I grab my toes with my finger and pull back on them some hard until I feel the leg muscle pull tight.

I do this on both legs. This helps avoid painful leg cramps because it gets the blood flowing to my leg muscles.

It also loosens up the muscles, ligaments and tendons and gets them ready for action.
