There are hundred if not thousands of reasons. Here are the top ten reasons to exercise. A lot of the reasons have to do with how we feel, and isn't important to feel happy, feel good about oneself and healthy?

  • Everybody loves to look and feel good. We want to look healthy and be in top shape

  • That's right. Many people don't breathe right and exercising helps you breathe better

  • Increase your cardio vascular fitness and increase blood flow to the most important brain

  • Reduce the risk of injury
  • Exercising strengthens your muscles and improves your posture, giving your body more stability

  • Increase your energy levels
  • There are many exercises that will increase your energy levels and help overcome fatigue

  • Increase ease of movement and mobility
  • When you exercise you will become more flexible and improve the range and ease of movement

  • Sleep better
  • Regular physical activity helps you to fall asleep easier and make your sleep more restful

  • Not only increases exercising your strength and gives you more stamina but also more endurance

  • You become more aware of your health and that makes it easier to refrain from unhealthy habits
