Warm Ups

I absolutely love the boxing while walking idea to warm up before exercising.

It's similar to what I do each time before I run, because I always start out with a 1/2 mile walk to warm up my body.

I've tried several different ways to get my upper body warmed up and ready for my work out, including stretches, punches and just moving with the beat of my walking pace, but the punches are the most fun and effective.

Warming up punching.
Seems a little unlady

But hey it also prepares you for self defense situations I guess.

Without a joke. Punching and walking while doing so is a great warm up...actually a work out in itself.
