Why Should People Exercise

Working out is fun.

Why should people exercise is an interesting question that I hear oftentimes from people who do not exercise.

Ask someone who regularly exercises and ask him/her why he/she exercises and the answers will almost always certainly be that they feel better if they exercise.

It doesn't matter how old or fit someone is because there are many ways to exercises that do not need a lot of endurance and muscle power, that will increase over time.
