You'll get used to it! Jump Rope
When I first heard about jumping rope, it was when a friend recommended skipping for 5 minutes as a warm-up before weight training.
The first time I tried, I was disappointed. I barely lasted a minute. And i thought I was in shape!
Fast forward a couple of years and I'm skipping for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. It was like anything else in life: do it often enough and you'll get better. It's a great workout, and more fun (in my opinion) than jogging. And skipping ropes are cheap!
